Puppies: If you are in a bad mood or in a sad mood go pet a dog (or cat) and just snuggle with that little love bug. If you don't have a dog, go to a friends house that has one or the local pet store or animal shelter. (WARNING: Try your hardest to not adopt a dog because its probably not a good time to make those pet life altering decisions!!)
Tumblr: So Tumblr is this fantastic website full of perfect photos of people and outfits and PUPPIES. Also you can waste so much time on there that you will probably forget what you were sad about in the first place at the very end!
Netflix: Having a bad day, embrace and just watch The Notebook or Titanic and let the tears flow. You may feel better afterwards and its also a great excuse to watch sad movies all day.
Naps: I am the biggest nap taker. Have a test the next day, nap. Have 5 hours of homework, nap. Have no social life, nap. If these super fun things are happening to you and you just feel so over whelmed with all that the best solution is to take a nap. You'll have clearer thoughts and you won't be as drowsy.
Read: Reading is so hard for me, but there is one series that I can read over and over again and not get tired of it. Its The Selection, go read it because its fantastic and you'll wonder why there is no movie or TV show and maybe cry a bit.
